- Established network with football clubs, leagues, agencies, rights holders, and venues across Europe
- Proven ability to negotiate and close complex, high-value commercial partnerships
- Fluent English
- Additional European languages strongly preferred
- Willingness to travel extensively (up to 50%)
- Flexible schedule aligned to match calendars and partner needs

- Oversee partnership prospecting and pitching.
- Structure and negotiate partnership agreements.
- Manage partnership contracting and onboarding.
- Build and maintain senior-level relationships with key football leaders.
- Represent StubHub at European football events.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Activate and scale Open Distribution agreements.
- Navigate and advise on diverse ticketing models.
- Monitor league policies and federation regulations.
- Monitor market dynamics.
- Adapt partnership strategy in real time.
- Build and manage the European football pipeline.
- Report on pipeline progress and performance.
