Aufgaben
- Oversee end-to-end distribution and logistics operations
- Ensure compliance with GDP, FDA, and ISO standards
- Develop scalable logistics strategies to reduce lead times
- Manage budgets, cost control, and financial reporting
- Optimize relationships with freight carriers and warehouse providers
- Monitor delivery performance and inventory integrity via KPIs
- Oversee warehouse staff recruitment, training, and safety
- Lead multi-level customer support and technical service teams
- Establish service level and customer satisfaction metrics
- Design customer escalation protocols and feedback loops
- Adapt ERP systems for technical service documentation
- Collaborate with Sales and Product Management on customer experience
- Liaise between customers and distribution for specific orders
- Manage forecasting and data-driven demand analysis
- Analyze market trends to develop accurate demand forecasts
- Communicate supply chain insights to key stakeholders
- Mentor and lead high-performing operations and support teams
- Manage departmental staffing and resource allocation
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement and engagement
