- Strong market and competitor knowledge
- Expert experience in clinical study planning and startup
- Expert experience in budget and resource planning
- Expert experience in executing clinical study activities
- Expert experience from study startup to final report
- Strong leadership competencies
- Influencing skills
- Effective oral communication skills
- Effective written communication skills
- Proven ability to foster partnerships across projects
- Proven ability to foster partnerships across multidisciplinary teams
Aufgaben
- Manage multiple complex studies and projects
- Lead global project teams in a matrix organization
- Develop and execute clinical trial strategy
- Align trial team with organizational goals
- Filter and prioritize complex information
- Mitigate operational and organizational risks
- Demonstrate expert understanding of multiple functions
- Serve as a senior advisor and mentor
- Ensure compliance with SOPs and regulatory guidance
- Lead audits and respond to interview questions
- Contribute to non-study-related initiatives
- Provide reports to senior management
- Demonstrate creativity and innovation
- Predict outcomes and drive goal achievement
