- Create and maintain communication content
- Produce short videos, presentations, tutorials, and demos
- Edit videos for internal trainings and product explanations
- Collaborate with international technical experts
- Work with product managers and regional teams
- Contribute ideas to enhance usability and adoption
- Support customer events
