Anforderungen
- •Excellent project management skills
- •In-depth knowledge and experience in HR digitalization project management
- •Extensive knowledge of the Europe-wide implementation of the HRIS rexx
- •Experience as a rexx super user of rexx configuration and modules
- •Willingness to travel 30–50% of the time within Europe
- •In-depth knowledge of HR processes and digital transformations
- •Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools
- •Fluent in English and German
- •Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- •Proactive, detail-oriented and solution-oriented mindset

- •Drive the implementation of the rexx HR software across all subsidiaries in Europe
- •Collaborate with local project managers for effective project execution
- •Align local project activities with the overall project roadmap
- •Integrate new solutions into existing HR processes
- •Monitor progress, risks, and dependencies across sub-projects
- •Ensure timely delivery and quality standards
- •Assume governance role for rexx and manage access rights
- •Configure the rexx system to meet group-wide standards
- •Provide internal support and troubleshooting for rexx
- •Conduct training for HR staff and managers on rexx
- •Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance within rexx
- •Support HR documentation and process standardization in rexx
- •Offer technical HR support and consulting for internal teams
- •Coordinate with IT teams for rexx-related improvements
- •Participate in HR projects focused on digital transformation
- •Enhance efficiency by linking internal systems with rexx
