- University degree in Engineering, Natural Science, IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 4 years relevant professional experience in management consulting, digital engineering, manufacturing transformation, or industrial technology
- Strong experience in Digital Engineering, PLM, MES/MOM, Smart Factory, Industrial IoT, Manufacturing Data Platforms, or AI in Operations
- Proven track record leading teams and managing workstreams in complex transformation programs
- Strong understanding of industrial processes (engineering, production, maintenance, supply chain) and IT/OT system integration
- Experience defining digital target architectures and translating strategy into implementation roadmaps
- Business acumen and experience contributing to sales and proposal development
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (written and spoken)
- German mandatory at business-proficient level (C1)
- Entrepreneurial mindset, leadership capability, and strong client presence in international environments

- Identify and structure AI use cases
- Translate business requirements into implementation programs
- Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities
- Act as a trusted advisor for senior client stakeholders
