Anforderungen
- •3+ years of sales experience in medical equipment
- •Technical experience
- •Strong verbal and written communication skills
- •Strong sales skills
- •Fluency in German and English; French or Italian is a plus
- •Ability to travel across DACH Region (up to 50%)
- •Energetic, driven, and self-motivated
- •Strong interpersonal communication skills
- •Ability to learn and verbalize technical products
- •High degree of professionalism and customer centricity
- •Enjoyment of training and coaching others
- •Strong consultative selling capabilities
- •Affinity to digital solutions and technologies
- •Well-organized with advanced time management skills
- •Proficiency using MS Office; MS Dynamics is an advantage

- •Perform field training and product presentations to strategic partners, dental labs, enterprise partners, and dentists
- •Train and co-travel with sales teams of DEXIS Diagnostics distributors
- •Build strong, long-lasting relationships with DEXIS Diagnostics distributors' sales teams
- •Collaborate with local marketing managers and digital marketing to execute demand and lead-generation activities
- •Conduct end-user facing events, including tradeshows, trainings, workshops, and webinars
- •Follow up on existing sales opportunities in the DEXIS Diagnostics sales funnel
- •Support distributors in post-sales end-user training as needed
- •Participate in business development activities with strategic accounts
- •Log activities in the CRM system and provide reports and forecasts
- •Work with local sales management and business operations to achieve annual sales goals
- •Collaborate with global product management teams to gather customer feedback
