- BSc or MSc in Business, Innovation, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Initial practical experience (e.g. through internships)
- Familiarity with innovation frameworks and modern ways of working
- Good understanding of AI tools and Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Understanding of practical application and limitations of AI tools and LLMs
- Strong interest in technology, innovation and consulting
- Structured, analytical mindset
- Strong communication skills
- Fluent German
- Good command of English
- Submission of application documents in English only
- Application even if not all requirements are met
Aufgaben
- Work as a fully integrated member of consulting teams
- Support hypothesis development and analysis
- Prepare and facilitate client workshops
- Contribute to consulting offerings development
- Support customer surveys and studies
- Create thought leadership content
- Prepare commercial proposals
- Support client relationship management
