Anforderungen
- 5+ years experience in DevSecOps, SDLC automation, or platform engineering
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, GitHub, and JFrog
- Knowledge of Terraform, Ansible, and cloud-native infrastructure
- Familiarity with OPA, Microsoft Well-Architected Framework, and governance
- Ability to manage toolchain governance and incident management
- Experience in regulated environments like DORA, KAIT, or BAIT
- Excellent communication skills across stakeholders
- Fluency in English both written and spoken
- Degree in Information Technology or related field
- Certifications such as CKA/CKAD, CCSK, CSSLP, GCSA, AZ-400, or CISSP
- Experience with internal developer platforms and platform engineering
- Exposure to AI-enhanced developer workflows
- Experience with enterprise transformation and Agile delivery

- Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines
- Optimize the global SDLC toolchain
- Integrate Infrastructure as Code with security
- Enforce DevSecOps operational standards
- Manage L1–L3 support and incidents
- Support AI-enabled SDLC and platform initiatives
- Automate governance and release workflows
- Collaborate with cross-functional delivery teams
- Align operational controls with compliance frameworks
- Act as a partner for auditors
