- Develop Kubernetes-native operators for autonomous remediation
- Influence design and implementation of autonomous operations platform
- Design production systems utilizing AI/ML services
- Ensure core functionality during infrastructure failures and network partitions
- Solve complex challenges to eliminate manual incident response
- Enable predictive detection across distributed cloud-edge environments
- Collaborate with platform engineers, architects, and SRE teams
- Reduce mean time to resolution in production-grade systems
- Contribute to open-source projects and publicly visible work
- Tackle telemetry correlation across logs, metrics, and traces
- Perform automated root cause analysis
- Develop knowledge graph systems for runbook automation
- Support SAP’s mission to maximize automated resolution rates
- Minimize manual effort at an enterprise scale
