Anforderungen

• •Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• •Fluent English and French skills
• •Strong IT and CRM skills
• •3 years experience in similar role
• •Ability to lead and supervise teams
• •Experience working with young people
• •Experience in hospitality, events or education
• •Excellent organisational and time management skills
• •Intercultural relationship building skills
• •Independence and composure under pressure
• •Positive, dedicated and warm personality
• •Flexibility and creativity in problem solving
• •Completed police check prior to appointment

Aufgaben

• •Collaborate on camper recruitment efforts
• •Maintain warm and timely communication with families and agencies
• •Plan and refine the camp program within budget
• •Support seasonal staff recruitment, training, and supervision
• •Ensure daily camper wellbeing, safety, and health
• •Apply and monitor risk assessments and safety standards
• •Follow and oversee camp operating procedures
• •Organize and coordinate events, excursions, and themed activities
• •Communicate clearly with parents and agencies
• •Stay informed on camp management and child development practices
• •Handle essential administrative and admissions tasks
