- Full clean German driving licence
- At least 8 years' driving experience in Germany
- No blameworthy insurance claims (past 3 years)
- Calmness and control in pressured environments

- Wellbeing management (fatigue, stress) with proven strategies
- Proven experience as demo operator or similar
- Strong leadership and communication skills (all levels)
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail
- Clear, structured explanations of system capabilities
- Decisive response to last-minute changes
- Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Fluent in English and German
- Prior experience in vehicle testing, AV environments, or technical demonstrations
- Knowledge of AV technology or autonomous systems
- Customer-facing or hospitality experience (plus)
- T1 and T2 Bertha certification
- Disclosure of any second job
- Subject to health check
- Passing training, pre-employment checks, drug/alcohol testing
- Passion for self-driving cars
Aufgaben
- Optimize demo sessions, procedures, and delivery methods.
- Ensure real-time vehicle safety and compliance.
- Act as on-site contact for guests and internal teams.
- Prepare vehicles and equipment for demonstrations.
- Explain system capabilities, limitations, and performance to stakeholders.
- Log issues, anomalies, and observations.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols, intervening as needed.
- Represent the brand professionally and engagingly.
- Plan and optimize demo routes.
- Adjust routes based on real-time conditions or audience.
- Adapt demo content and delivery style for audience.
- Respond decisively to last-minute changes or expectations.
