- Proven experience in supply chain, demand/supply planning, or logistics, ideally within pharmaceutical/generics industry
- Strong understanding of GDP/GMP and pharmaceutical supply chain constraints
- Solid knowledge of S&OP, demand forecasting, inventory management best practices
- Advanced SAP knowledge (MM/PP/SD); experience with forecasting tools and BI dashboards (plus)
- Analytical mindset, strong attention to detail and quality
- Excellent stakeholder management skills in cross-functional/regulated environments
- Ability to manage pressure and make sound decisions impacting patient supply
- Fluency in English and German (minimum B2 level)
Aufgaben
- Develop and maintain demand forecasts with Commercial, Medical, and Regulatory teams
- Plan and coordinate product supply with internal and external manufacturing sites
- Monitor and optimize inventory levels
- Monitor and optimize service levels
- Monitor and optimize forecast accuracy
- Identify supply chain risks
- Manage supply chain risks
- Address capacity constraints and regulatory delays
- Maintain accurate master data in SAP
- Support S&OP processes
- Support Demand and Supply Review meetings
- Ensure compliance with GMP, GDP, and company policies
