In this hybrid role, you will work closely with sales and engineering teams to drive the adoption of the Databricks platform, ensuring customer success through strategic planning and technical leadership. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve building relationships, addressing technical challenges, and coordinating resources to maximize the value customers receive from Databricks.

Anforderungen

  • •5+ years of experience in technical project/program delivery in Data and AI
  • •Programming experience in Python, SQL, or Scala
  • •Experience in customer-facing pre-sales, technical architecture, customer success, or consulting role
  • •Understanding of solution architecture related to distributed data systems
  • •Understanding of attributing business value to project deliverables
  • •Technical program or project management accountability
  • •Experience resolving complex escalations with senior customer executives
  • •Experience conducting discovery workshops and managing delivery of complex projects
  • •Track record of overachievement against quota or similar targets
  • •Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • •Ability to travel up to 30% when needed

  • •Collaborate with sales and field engineering teams
  • •Accelerate adoption of the Databricks platform
  • •Ensure customer success for complex accounts
  • •Increase technical accountability for selected workloads
  • •Drive growth in assigned customers and use cases
  • •Build executive relationships with customer stakeholders
  • •Orchestrate specialized teams within Databricks
  • •Create and implement strategic plans for customer engagement
  • •Lead post-sale technical account strategy and execution
  • •Serve as the technical lead for Databricks products
  • •Engage with Solutions Architects for use case demand planning
  • •Address technical issues related to production status
  • •Leverage Shared Services and User Education resources
  • •Create and execute plans for accelerating use cases into production
  • •Coordinate with Professional Services for engagement proposals
  • •Navigate product and engineering teams for innovations
  • •Develop execution plans for customer-facing technical roles
  • •Report on usage and customer health to Technical GM
