- Strong proficiency in Python and/or R, UNIX/Linux, ML frameworks
- Proven ability to handle large datasets and data analysis packages for 'omics data analysis and visualization
- Dynamic personality with passion for innovation and problem-solving

- Validate findings iteratively
- Communicate findings to diverse audiences
- Identify data needs and provide recommendations
- Ensure data integrity for analyses
- Collaborate to deliver new approaches
