- Solid understanding of statistics

- German language command not a requirement

- Process and analyze high-throughput multi-omics data
- Integrate complex omics datasets
- Refine cell-type annotations and functional states
- Develop novel algorithms for visualization
- Analyze cellular interactions and signaling pathways
- Identify diagnostic and prognostic markers
- Simulate molecular signaling and immune responses
- Create reproducible bioinformatics workflows
- Collaborate with immunology and hematology labs
- Present data findings to interdisciplinary teams
- Lead preparation of scientific publications
