You will drive the success of the company's data center by managing daily operations, from installing hardware to optimizing capacity and collaborating with vendors to ensure peak performance.

Anforderungen

• •Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• •Experience managing Data Center hardware assets
• •Project management and task handling skills
• •Excellent verbal and written English communication
• •Experience with server and network installations
• •Experience in heterogeneous production data centers
• •Experience with infrastructure engineers and vendors
• •Experience with various vendor hardware
• •Knowledge of network cabling and inventorying
• •Contribution to multi-functional project plans
• •Ability to multitask and manage projects
• •Coordination of global issue resolution
• •Vendor coordination and RMA scheduling
• •Experience with Asset Management systems
• •Understanding of disaster recovery methodology
• •Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies
• •Record of success and delivering results
• •Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
• •Ability to lift 20-30 kg regularly
• •Ability to travel nationally or internationally

Aufgaben

• •Manage daily data center operations
• •Install racks and prepare equipment
• •Update the cable management system
• •Maintain the asset management system
• •Define project tasks and timelines
• •Collaborate with technical and production teams
• •Report project status to management
• •Assist with space and power capacity planning
• •Manage vendor resources based on SOWs
• •Maintain relationships with service providers
• •Research and recommend infrastructure equipment advancements
• •Conduct audits following company policies
• •Coordinate equipment delivery and shipping
• •Participate in a weekly on-call rotation
