Anforderungen
- Degree in Electrical, Controls Engineering, or related discipline
- Strong background in HVAC or control systems
- Understanding of chiller plant controls, sequencing, and optimization
- Familiarity with BACnet, Modbus, and OPCUA
- Ability to interpret mechanical/electrical drawings and P&IDs
- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Preferred data center experience
- Exposure to liquid cooling systems
- Experience with MATLAB Simulink or similar modeling tools
Aufgaben
- Design control strategies for chiller plants and liquid cooling systems
- Develop sequences of operation for high-density cooling infrastructures
- Build intelligent logic to optimize PUE and ASHRAE compliance
- Integrate controls across air-cooled, liquid-cooled, and hybrid systems
- Mentor junior engineers and field technicians
- Collaborate with mechanical, applications, and product development teams
- Translate customer requirements into robust control solutions
- Standardize control platforms and reusable code libraries
- Evaluate emerging technologies like AI/ML and digital twins
- Support development of fault detection and diagnostics
- Document best practices and contribute to internal knowledge sharing
