- Drive comprehensive cybersecurity programs
- Align initiatives with Siemens' holistic approach
- Identify process improvements and emerging trends
- Develop and lead detailed project plans
- Collaborate with business units on cybersecurity projects
- Facilitate technical decision-making and architecture reviews
- Provide proactive technical guidance and solutions
- Implement Cybersecurity Governance as defined
- Derive and define Cybersecurity strategy
- Support a holistic view on Cybersecurity
- Steer and maintain community collaboration
- Advise on risk management
- Represent the organization on Cybersecurity topics
- Coordinate incident and vulnerability handling
- Support knowledge sharing in cybersecurity communities
- Guide and manage the cybersecurity team
- Collaborate with Central CYS and leadership
