In this role, you will shape the enterprise security architecture for both IT and OT, guiding teams on best practices while optimizing security tools. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include developing standards, supporting risk assessments, and mentoring others on security technologies.

Anforderungen

• •5+ years of experience in cybersecurity
• •Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud, and OT/ICS security
• •Hands-on experience with enterprise security tools
• •Familiarity with OT standards and frameworks
• •Ability to design security architectures
• •Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• •Fluency in German and English

Aufgaben

• •Define and maintain enterprise security architecture for IT and OT
• •Develop security reference models, standards, and patterns for applications, networks, and industrial systems
• •Support solution design reviews and risk assessments
• •Ensure secure implementation of new technologies
• •Advise IT and OT teams on security best practices for infrastructure, cloud, and production environments
• •Govern and optimize IT and OT security tools
• •Manage firewalls, IDS/IPS, and network security platforms
• •Oversee vulnerability management
• •Implement CASB and DLP solutions
• •Monitor OT security and detect anomalies
• •Ensure integration of security tools with SOC/MDR services
• •Develop and maintain configuration baselines, policies, and monitoring rules
• •Collaborate with SOC Lead and Analysts to enhance detection and response capabilities
• •Act as a trusted advisor to IT infrastructure, OT engineering, and business application teams
• •Promote secure-by-design principles in projects and initiatives
• •Mentor internal teams on security technologies and practices
