Aufgaben
- Manage local accounts with complex service-based solutions
- Interface directly with all levels of customer organizations
- Build effective business relationships alongside account executives
- Advise clients on market and IT strategies
- Identify and close up-sell and cross-sell opportunities
- Drive adoption and expansion of GreenLake business
- Contribute to complex international bid engagements
- Manage customer-specific services profit and loss
- Forecast revenue and service costs accurately
- Oversee demand and supply management for deals
- Lead business governance and joint business reviews
- Ensure service delivery excellence and contractual compliance
- Maximize customer satisfaction through innovation
- Improve financial performance of service contracts
- Contribute to comprehensive account business plans
