- Experience working with data and writing SQL statements

- Anticipate risks and opportunities
- Develop concrete action plans
- Guide customers to product adoption
- Identify success metrics and remove friction
- Investigate data issues and reproduce problems
- Trace calculations and algorithms end-to-end
- Validate findings with customer datasets
- Deliver clear and accurate explanations
- Define and refine interfaces and integrations
- Advise on pricing configurations and workflows
- Monitor account health and run proactive mitigations
- Identify opportunities for integration-led expansion
