- Ability to speak enthusiastically about culinary offerings
- Fluent French skills
- Fluent English skills
- German skills (strong plus)
- Non-smoker
- Valid work permit or Swiss passport
Aufgaben
- Handle incoming emails, feedback, and calls professionally
- Resolve customer inquiries efficiently and proactively
- Process customer inquiries in a structured manner
- Ensure long-term quality improvement
- Improve customer service processes continuously
- Exchange ideas with team members
- Share know-how to maintain high-quality customer support
- Collaborate with Hardware, Operations, and Quality Control departments
