Anforderungen

  • 2-4 years related work experience or equivalent education/training
  • 1+ years experience with root cause corrective actions (RCCA)
  • Intermediate or higher Microsoft Office proficiency (Outlook, Excel)
  • Fluent English on technical and professional level
  • Business fluent German proficiency
  • Solid experience with common ERP systems, SAP preferred
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field
  • Profound customer-facing role experience
  • Six Sigma certification
  • Previous Aerospace experience
  • Successful Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment
  • Current legal authorization to work in Germany
  • Priority consideration for applicants with disabilities

Aufgaben

  • Ensure customer quality metrics are met or exceeded
  • Lead customer quality reviews
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams
  • Drive root cause corrective actions
  • Address non-conforming events
  • Oversee RMA processes
  • Develop quality plans for customer products
  • Conduct technical calls with suppliers
  • Work with supply chain on supplier management
  • Submit RMA documents for MRB approval
