Anforderungen

  • 7+ years CRM operations, digital platforms, or customer engagement experience
  • Strong CRM systems experience (Salesforce, Sales Cloud, Automotive Cloud, Marketing Cloud)
  • Good understanding of customer lifecycle, lead, and retention processes
  • Experience managing operational requirements and coordinating stakeholders internationally
  • Ability to bridge business and technical teams
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills
  • Experience in multi-market CRM environments and governance
  • Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented working style
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent English; additional European languages a plus
