Anforderungen

  • 2+ years experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or similar role
  • Deep practical experience with HubSpot (workflows, lists, properties, automation logic, reporting)
  • Fluent in German or Finnish and English, written and spoken
  • Ability to work with data, segmentation, and automation logic
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Support
  • Experience in fast-paced growth company or scale-up in fintech, banking, or B2B SaaS
  • Experience with behavioral or event-based data
  • Familiarity with Segment, analytics platforms, or data warehouses
