Anforderungen
- 8+ years experience in social media content conception and implementation
- Creative Director experience in agency or social media team lead experience
- Portfolio demonstrating conceptual and visual expertise with social-first highlights
- Up-to-date knowledge of digital trends, culture, and social media
- Strong ideation and presentation skills
- Strategic thinking capabilities
- Proficiency in common graphic tools
- Proficiency in content production and supervision of moving image content
- Experience with AI content creation, preferably in daily practice
- Good knowledge of social media metrics and management
- Fluency in German (spoken and written)
- Ability to evaluate content in English at native level
- Team player, open to discussions, flexible, and committed
- Flexibility to travel when possible
- Passion for driving innovation and unlocking new opportunities for brands
