Aufgaben
- Own P&L and revenue growth for Building Controls portfolio
- Develop and execute plans to achieve revenue, margin, and service targets
- Define and lead end-to-end go-to-market strategy
- Build and manage executive-level client relationships
- Expand solution penetration and long-term partnerships
- Oversee forecasting, pipeline management, and bookings commitments
- Monitor performance, identify risks, and optimize programs for profitability
- Lead complex deal shaping, pricing, and contract negotiations
- Ensure favorable terms and risk mitigation
- Apply building controls and automation expertise to identify growth opportunities
- Translate customer needs into scalable solutions
- Collaborate with product, engineering, operations, and service teams
- Ensure delivery excellence and high customer satisfaction
- Drive cross-sell and up-sell of adjacent solutions
- Develop and manage high-performing regional teams
- Coach for performance, succession planning, and capability development
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards
- Manage contractual risk
