Aufgaben

  • Establish and lead the German IT function
  • Define priorities, processes, and governance aligned with European standards
  • Serve as the primary IT advisor for local business stakeholders
  • Partner with internal and external teams for effective technology deployment
  • Drive critical programs and CRM implementation
  • Ensure seamless integration and adoption of IT initiatives
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Monitor project execution and proactively escalate risks
  • Act as the key liaison between local stakeholders and central European IT teams
  • Facilitate collaboration and communication across functions and geographies
  • Provide regular updates on project progress and performance metrics
  • Support IT budgeting, forecasting, and cost management
  • Align IT investments with business priorities
  • Onboard and mentor future IT staff
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
  • Understand the German business environment in the first 90 days
  • Build relationships with stakeholders in the first 90 days
  • Familiarize with ERP programs in the first 90 days
  • Implement new initiatives in the first 6-12 months
  • Establish IT governance, processes, and reporting standards
  • Deliver measurable improvements in IT service delivery
  • Support strategic projects and stakeholder engagement
