Corporate Paralegal(m/w/x)

Anforderungen

• Commercial education with paralegal certification or university degree in law related field
• 4–6 years of experience as a corporate paralegal
• Experience in drafting corporate resolutions and coordinating annual meetings
• Comfortable handling high volumes of trust and corporate documentation
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Fluency in German and English; Spanish is a plus
• Strong organizational and communication skills with sound judgment and attention to detail
• Independent, proactive work style with a high level of professionalism

Aufgaben

• Manage Specialized’s Europe portfolio of corporate legal entities
• Support global corporate matters as needed
• Coordinate formation, maintenance, dissolution, and re-domiciliation of entities
• Draft and review corporate documents, including resolutions and meeting minutes
• Maintain beneficial ownership registers and support fiscal year-end processes
• Handle and respond to KYC requests across jurisdictions
• Maintain statutory records, organizational charts, and compliance calendars
• Ensure timely updates and filings with regulatory authorities
• Oversee contract lifecycle processes, including template management and workflow coordination
• Organize and archive legal and contractual documentation
• Liaise with external legal counsel, registered agents, and regulatory bodies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Risk, and Compliance
• Assist the Legal team with general administrative tasks
• Proactively manage multiple priorities and support ad hoc projects
