Corporate Field Account Executive(m/w/x)
Selling SAP Business Suite and public cloud solutions to net new Austrian upper mid-market customers. 5+ years complex business software sales experience required. Flexible working models, skill growth opportunities.
Anforderungen
- 5+ years experience in complex business software and IT solutions sales
- Proven track record in net new customer acquisition (“hunter” profile) and Business Application Software Sales
- Experience selling into upper mid-market/mid-sized enterprise segment
- Experience leading teams in collaborative selling environment
- Ability to handle cloud transactions and lengthy sales campaigns in fast-paced, consultative, competitive market
- Strong negotiation skills and experience in renewals, expansions, and up-sells of subscription-based solutions
- Excellent communication skills in German and English (written and spoken)
Aufgaben
- Identify and target net new customers in the Austrian upper mid-market
- Build and execute a strong new business pipeline through proactive prospecting
- Develop and implement territory and account strategies for new logo acquisition
- Activate and leverage the partner ecosystem to scale outreach and market penetration
- Position SAP Business Suite and public cloud solutions as strategic enablers
- Own and drive the entire sales cycle from first contact to deal closure
- Orchestrate collaboration between partners, pre-sales, and internal stakeholders
- Ensure partners are effectively positioned to deliver compelling customer engagements
- Lead joint account planning and execution with partners
- Build a strong network within the Austrian mid-market landscape
- Collaborate with internal teams to generate and convert leads
- Differentiate through value-based and consultative selling
- Build, manage, and maintain a high-quality sales pipeline
- Collaborate with marketing and partners to generate and nurture leads
- Apply disciplined opportunity management and forecasting
- Leverage SAP cloud offers to maximize sales opportunities
- Achieve ambitious revenue targets and contribute to company growth
- Sell the value of SAP Business Suite to customers
- Execute up-sell and cross-sell initiatives on the customer base
- Orchestrate deployment of appropriate teams for successful sales outcomes
- Utilize best practice sales models to position SAP solutions effectively
- Maintain accurate customer and pipeline information in the CRM system
- Demonstrate leadership in coordinating remote teams to achieve shared goals
- Align account teams and partners with account strategies
- Maximize the value of all sales support organizations
