- DoD 8570.1 IAT Level II (e.g., Security+ CE) certification
- 5+ years of experience leading technical teams
- Strong understanding of combatant commands and operational requirements
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy
- Familiarity with Joint Staff processes and systems integration lifecycle
- Leadership and team management capabilities
- Proactive, adaptable, and innovative approach
Aufgaben
- Lead and manage GCCS-J upgrades and deployments
- Integrate system enhancements into existing infrastructure
- Address evolving operational needs while maintaining system performance
- Develop and manage independent C2/COP system architectures
- Ensure COP is available and relevant for all command levels
- Support policy and strategy development as a C2 planner
- Collaborate with the USEUCOM theater COP Subject Matter Expert
- Mentor and manage a team of operations specialists and planners
- Provide training on C2/COP system functionalities
- Maintain Continuity of Operations during emergencies
- Perform duties at alternate locations as required
