  • •3–5 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, controlling, or business support roles
  • •1–3 years relevant experience with plant controlling
  • •Profound track record in planning, forecasting, and performance tracking processes
  • •Proficiency with financial systems, data tools, and reporting platforms
  • •Experience with analytical tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Data IKU, KNIME, or Alteryx
  • •Demonstrated ability to collaborate across functions and communicate effectively with stakeholders
