Anforderungen

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling, or related field
  • Proven experience as Controller or Finance Business Partner
  • Experience with automation and AI-based solutions is a plus
  • Production controlling experience and IFRS knowledge are an advantage
  • Independent, structured, solution-oriented working style, hands-on mentality
  • Strong communication skills, assertiveness, business partnering mindset
  • Very good written and spoken German and English

Aufgaben

  • Take full financial controlling responsibility for multiple group companies
  • Act as Finance Business Partner for Supply Chain Management and Manufacturing
  • Drive digitalization, automation, and use of modern analytics and BI solutions
  • Perform project controlling, including planning, monitoring, and financial steering
  • Prepare, analyze, and interpret management reports
  • Prepare, analyze, and interpret KPIs
  • Prepare, analyze, and interpret budgets, forecasts, and multi-year plans
  • Develop, maintain, and continuously improve dashboards and reports
  • Support automation and digitalization of data flows
  • Support automation and digitalization of reporting solutions
  • Support automation and digitalization of financial and controlling processes
  • Apply advanced analytics and AI-based approaches to improve transparency and decision-making
  • Collaborate closely with cost center managers and operational stakeholders
