Aufgaben
- Develop process solutions for biopharmaceutical customers
- Create design documents, such as technical drawings
- Perform cost analyses
- Develop design rules and guidelines for single-use projects
- Maintain design rules and guidelines for single-use projects
- Provide technical support to internal and external stakeholders
- Clarify customer URS requirements with cross-functional teams
- Drive consumables strategies and processes
- Prepare deviation lists
- Propose alternative technical solutions
- Coordinate consumable designs
- Coordinate pricing and quotations
- Contribute to project decision-making
- Support sales strategy with pricing insights
- Manage design documents in line with project milestones
- Support technical customer meetings and negotiations
- Support commercial customer meetings and negotiations
- Review design documentation
- Approve design documentation
- Support equipment troubleshooting
- Support continuous improvement activities
- Facilitate prototype transfer into commercial products
- Provide on-site training for local teams
- Participate in on-site customer visits as required
- Analyze future market trends with Product Development and Marketing
- Evaluate products with Product Development and Marketing
- Implement feedback loops for ongoing improvement
