In this role, you will be at the forefront of implementing Veeva Align solutions, collaborating with various teams to ensure smooth integration with Vault CRM. Your expertise will guide customers through their field planning transformation while fostering strong relationships and driving best practices.

Anforderungen

• •3+ years of experience in Life Sciences commercial or CRM consulting
• •Experience with CRM platforms such as Veeva, Vault CRM, Salesforce, or IQVIA OCE Optimizer
• •Strong analytical skills
• •Ability to work with customer stakeholders
• •Excellent written and verbal communication in English
• •Strong organizational skills
• •Willingness to travel occasionally
• •Experience with Alteryx, Power BI, or advanced Excel models
• •Exposure to Veeva Vault CRM
• •Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, consumer health, or medical device organizations
• •Familiarity with commercial planning processes

Aufgaben

• •Design and deliver Veeva Align solutions for territory design, roster management, targeting, and cycle planning
• •Own delivery workstreams for Align implementation and migration projects
• •Gather requirements and translate them into scalable configuration and data workflows
• •Create functional documentation including configuration specifications and test plans
• •Provide guidance on Align best practices and system behavior
• •Support change management activities like user training and process alignment
• •Build and maintain relationships with customer stakeholders through clear communication
• •Contribute to internal initiatives to improve delivery quality and team enablement
• •Share lessons learned and maintain consistent delivery standards
