- Build relationships with client analysts and managers
- Work with senior consultants to identify key findings and prepare presentations
- Independently analyze issues and synthesize findings
- Lead internal and client meetings while contributing to project management
- Enhance the firm's intellectual capital
- Receive mentorship for professional growth
