Anforderungen
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or relevant programs
- 1-2 years experience in Resilience, Risk Management, Risk Analytics, Supply Chain Risk Management, Third-Party Risk Management, Digital & AI Risk Management, ESG Risk Management, Internal Audit, Internal Controls, or relevant areas
- Industry experience in Life Sciences, Consumer Products, or Manufacturing is a plus
- 1-2 years experience with GRC technology (SAP GRC, ServiceNow, Archer, or similar)
- Analytical skills and willingness to perform analytical tasks with large data amounts
- Fast learner with a growth mindset
- Good interpersonal skills for international, collaborative team environment
- Intellectual curiosity and interest in new technologies and digitalization
- Willingness to travel up to 40% in Europe and globally
- Strong communication skills in English and French (must-have)
- Additional language spoken is a plus
Aufgaben
- Assess client resilience in strategic, financial, value chain, information, and technology areas
- Assess client resilience in talent and physical assets
- Design and implement Business Continuity Management (BCM) programs
- Design and implement Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) programs
- Create integrated approaches for value creation through risk-informed decisions
- Manage technology risks for clients, including Trusted AI and Ethical Use of Technology
- Support Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) technology implementations
- Manage large technology transformation risks
- Assess client risk management programs against ESG regulatory requirements
- Design and integrate functional risk management programs under ESG governance
- Support the establishment or transformation of Internal Audit functions
- Execute Internal Audits in various client operational areas
- Review process and internal control effectiveness and efficiencies
- Identify compliance gaps
- Report areas of improvement to client Senior Management
- Support clients with Internal Audit services globally
- Design and implement Internal Control Systems (ICS)
- Improve client management of financial risks
- Test controls against international standards like Sarbanes-Oxley-Act or J-SOX
- Manage operational risks in Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG)
- Manage Third Party Risk Management (TPRM)
- Manage Supply Chain Risk Management
- Manage Program Risk Management (PRM)
