In this role, you will play a key part in consolidating financial data and preparing reports in line with IFRS. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve collaborating with international teams, enhancing consolidation processes, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Anforderungen

• •Relevant business degree in finance or accounting
• •Several years of professional experience in group accounting, auditing, or related consulting role
• •Experience in leadership
• •Familiarity with group accounting, consolidation (LucaNet), and ERP systems (SAP)
• •Profound knowledge of group accounting according to IFRS and German Commercial Code (HGB)
• •Highly structured and independent work style
• •Strong analytical and conceptual skills
• •Proficiency in MS-Office products, especially PowerPoint and Excel
• •Fluency in written and spoken English and German
• •Strong communication skills

Aufgaben

• •Consolidate the Group for various reporting occasions
• •Prepare consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS
• •Coordinate information preparation for consolidated financial statements
• •Support international subsidiaries with reporting requirements
• •Contribute to monthly internal management reports for the Executive Board
• •Develop consolidation processes and controls
• •Implement consolidation software (LucaNet)
• •Serve as contact for auditors and subsidiaries on audit and consolidation issues
• •Review income statements and balance sheets of subsidiaries
• •Ensure correct application of accounting standards
• •Support implementation of new IFRS standards
• •Conduct training courses for LucaNet consolidation software
