As a Connectivity Engineer, you will play a key role in connecting systems within an ecosystem, ensuring smooth operations through testing, monitoring, and providing technical support. Your daily responsibilities will include generating reports, troubleshooting issues, and enhancing digitalization efforts.

Anforderungen

• •Master's degree in mechanical engineering
• •3 to 5 years of experience in calculation, design, or erection of turbomachinery, rotating equipment, and subsystems
• •Knowledge of IoT technologies, physical connectivity, protocols, data storage, and management
• •Inner drive and self-motivation
• •IT security knowledge (if possible)
• •Very good coordination, organization, and communication skills in a dynamic environment
• •Good internal/external collaboration with other departments

Aufgaben

• •Implement CEON in the operational ecosystem
• •Support testing and commissioning for operational readiness
• •Monitor plants under PrimeServ Assist contracts using CEON data
• •Provide technical consulting for operational issues
• •Generate monthly and yearly reports for customers
• •Coordinate the monitoring onboarding process after contract signing
• •Troubleshoot issues at customer sites as needed
• •Coordinate root cause analysis with involved parties
• •Participate actively in the hotline service (Techline)
