• •Develop and execute marketing strategy to drive ticket sales

• •Manage media and sponsor marketing for visibility and growth
• •Oversee digital and content marketing aligned to core themes
• •Lead development of the multi-track program
• •Manage the Call for Papers process
• •Ensure content meets the 'deep tech, no sales pitch' standard
• •Recruit and manage speakers
• •Oversee logistics and speaker experience
• •Manage logistics including venue, catering, and AV production
• •Maintain and optimize the conference budget
• •Negotiate supplier contracts
• •Oversee on-site execution and registration
• •Enhance attendee experience
