- Monitor the development of the legal framework and analyze its impact
- Track compliance-relevant prudential regulations
- Inform and train employees on applicable compliance laws and regulations
- Develop, coordinate, and maintain the outsourcing oversight function
- Report regularly to the executive board and supervisory board
- Undertake compliance training to enhance professional skills and knowledge
