Aufgaben
- Review client account opening requests from an AML/CTF perspective
- Assess corporate structures for compliance with AMLA, AMLO-FINMA, CDB, FATCA, and CRS
- Evaluate client account modification requests, including changes to signatories and addresses
- Prepare and file client documentation
- Provide administrative support to the corporate onboarding team
- Contribute to drafting internal memos and procedures
- Participate in key regulatory projects
- Offer support and advice to frontline staff and management
