- 2+ years of hospitality experience
- Proficiency in local language and culture

Aufgaben
- Conduct quarterly conversations with accounts
- Maximize member value and experience
- Anticipate and personalize member needs
- Follow up on negative member feedback
- Resolve issues using the severity scale
- Implement improvements based on Medallia responses
- Provide front desk coverage as needed
- Lead pre-move-in meetings with new accounts
- Complete the New Member Orientation process
- Curate onboarding materials and FAQ guides
- Conduct move-out interviews with departing members
- Provide feedback on event programming types
- Evaluate event attendance and satisfaction
- Host weekly community social events
- Execute value-driving events with Events teams
- Create and post event promotional materials
- Manage building-specific operational requirements for events
- Perform morning walkthroughs to identify issues
- Escalate recurring building issues to management
- Explain and communicate WeWork policies
- Update members on building issues
- Manage building energy and music levels
- Liaise with third-party cleaning companies
- Track, audit, and organize building keys
- Manage keycard stock and inventory requests
- Oversee Community responsibilities for unstaffed buildings
- Liaise with Sales and Account Management
- Follow building Emergency Action Plans
- Create and respond to incident reports
- Escalate medical emergencies and security alerts
- Conduct building tours for VIPs
- Alert the Growth Team to member changes
- Hand off prospective sales to sales contacts
- Tour potential members through the space
- Share member benefits tailored to needs
