- Manage brand guidelines, templates, and designs
- Advise senior leaders on brand use and storytelling
- Collaborate with agencies to produce visuals, graphics, and videos
- Optimize website, blog, social media, and employee magazine
- Analyze performance and identify trends
- Promote a positive Safety Culture
- Ensure Safety and Quality Policy communication
- Implement SMS duties as per the SMS Manual
- Support crisis communication activities
- Coordinate team tasks during crises
