- Develop and implement digital communication strategy
- Act as central contact for internal stakeholders
- Support alignment across Competence Centers
- Coordinate virtual and live meetings
- Support recording and production of training events
- Maintain and update intranet content
- Support communication with functional teams
- Serve as digital workplace expert
- Review and create global content
- Prepare and manage monthly newsletters
- Maintain Competence Center SharePoint pages
- Create marketing materials for projects
- Develop video guidelines and documentation
- Maintain key user groups for communication campaigns
- Improve visibility of training and knowledge sharing
- Develop and review training materials
- Organize and follow up on training sessions
- Promote knowledge sharing initiatives
- Manage and design communication projects
- Coordinate annual Communication Plan
