- Manage the Collections pipeline to meet publication targets
- Collaborate with journal teams on development plans
- Invite researchers to serve as Guest Editors or authors
- Coordinate and lead training for Guest Editors
- Partner with marketing teams to promote Collections
- Support Managing Editors with peer review oversight
