- Align the training strategy with the EMEA training organization
- Identify training needs across the commercial organization
- Develop training curricula using adult training methodologies and systems

- Conduct virtual and face-to-face training sessions
- Conduct regular knowledge checks
- Implement feedback loops on delivered trainings
