Anforderungen
- Experience integrating AI into work processes
- 4+ years Commercial Account Executive experience
- Experience achieving sales targets
- Experience working across CEE countries
- Ability to work in matrixed organizations
- Executive-level relationship management experience
- Excellent CRM hygiene and process transparency
- Knowledge of a CEE language (advantageous)
Aufgaben
- Generate new software license revenue within the CEE region
- Develop territory plans and regional sales strategies
- Research prospect customers and execute business development strategies
- Perform field-based sales activities in assigned territories
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales quotas
- Win new logos and expand existing customer accounts
- Partner with marketing to initiate growth-focused plans
- Qualify prospects and develop new revenue streams
- Conduct product demonstrations and initial presentations
- Manage accounts to ensure satisfaction and additional revenue
- Advise customers on IT roadmaps as a trusted partner
