Anforderungen

  • Deep understanding of fashion industry and ecommerce
  • 5+ years building ecommerce or affiliate commerce business
  • Merchandising and partnership experience preferred
  • Proven vendor/partner relationship management with commercial viewpoint
  • Experience managing and coaching small team
  • Comfortable with revenue forecasting and planning

Aufgaben

  • Develop overarching commerce strategy for GQ, Vogue, Glamour, CNT
  • Lead team of writers and editors
  • Collaborate with editorial, product, marketing, and data analytics
  • Drive performance to meet growth targets
  • Manage commerce revenue across Vogue, GQ, Glamour, CNT
  • Create differentiated commerce proposition for readers and partners
  • Implement long-term strategic plans and react to tactical opportunities
  • Rebuild merchandise assortment strategy to support editorial messages
  • Optimize category mix, brand portfolio, and pricing architecture
  • Build and maintain exceptional retail and brand partnerships
  • Develop brand partnerships for consistent commerce growth
  • Source and onboard established and emerging high-demand brands
  • Bring innovative partnership formats to market
  • Oversee content and content distribution strategy
  • Ensure brand voice and standards in all work products
  • Lead and develop content and production teams
  • Collaborate to maximize go-to-market commerce activity
  • Work with product and data analytics for critical reporting
  • Manage weekly trade proactively
  • Collaborate on commerce platform and user experience development
  • Manage profit, including revenue and personnel costs
  • Perform other duties as assigned
